*There will be a special recording for folks who can’t attend any of these sessions, and you’ll still get the community membership and workbook too. But, this workshop is designed to be a connecting event. If it is possible for you to join us live, I think you’ll really enjoy the opportunity! ♥️
What’s covered in the workshop and workbook?
Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, practice finding the language that captures your intention, and create a plan for keeping that word alive in the year ahead.
Our time will include both connection with each other & reflection on your own. We will begin in a guided contemplation, then explore the difference between resolutions, goals, and guiding words. We’ll finish the workshop connecting to our own “word of wisdom”.
The included workbook is a tool for reflection, clarity, and grounded growth. Throughout the year, this workbook will help you integrate your guiding word into both your practical and emotional life.
